Working in Glacier National Park

Glacier Park Boat Company

Interested in spending the summer living and working in Glacier National Park?

We are looking for energetic, friendly, hard-working people who enjoy the outdoors and are enthusiastic about sharing that joy with the thousands of visitors to Glacier National Park.

Each season we hire and train individuals as interpretive boat captains, operating our historic boats on the lakes of the Park. You will also spend portions of your summer working in our ticket office assisting customers with ticket purchases and rentals or leading one of our guided hikes at each location.

Employee

Typically, we begin the hiring process in January, with the goal to have each location’s staff confirmed by March. Season start dates are different based upon location and preference is given to those individuals with availability for the entire summer season.

We also hire a small number of reservation agents based out of our Columbia Falls office.

If you are interested in employment with Glacier Park Boat Company, please email your resume and a short cover letter explaining why you would be a good fit to james@glacierparkboats.com
